A child can talk with you and you think that you live in a different world. A child can sing to you and you feel as if you have returned to your childhood. A child can bring you a bag of laughter and give it all to you. A child can make you believe that there is still hope for the best, that there is still time to go for your dreams and fight for the people you love..

I did this piece over the course of a few months. I had it on the go in my sketch book and would just do bits now and then. So trying to tell you how long this took me is near impossible. All I know is I started it in December time and finished it yesterday. I used only three pencils in total, HB, 2B and 8B. I struggled to make my work as dark as the photo, I think I am too much of a magpie for colour and light
